Hugging this character?: within reason. Claire always has permission, others may end up with a gun in their gace or knife in their gut.
Giving this character a kiss?: If female always, reaction might not be great but he can handle. Male, might get slugged might not.
Something more intimate?: PM first just to be on the safe side. Girls tend to get away with it a little more. He will fight if it's an unwanted advance though.
Relationships?: He's not really looking for one, but if it happens it happens he won't complain. Mun prefers fade to black scenes than writing out sex though. He prefers women to men.

Is there anything else you want people to know about this character?: He is from early in canon point in the first game. He knows Jill has brown hair, his sister's in college, and Raccoon city is under seige by a cult of canibals, to hiim Umbrella's not the big bad thing just yet. Wesker is his team Captain. Please don't inform him in game about his future, I do enough of that kind of breaking in Dear Mun and SWS crack.
If he knows you in later canon you'll have a chance with him to start fresh, or reintroduce yourself.
